It was built in 1956 (annex 1964) - served as office space and a bank - notice that Central Bank has a tiny location on the next block now. It's disgusting inside and the owner is just letting it rot in to the sunset. There are more pictures here: http://www.arch-ive.org/centralsquare.php

Nice neighborhood. Good mix of Caucasian, working-class African and Amerindian/Native American/Hispanic, and a large number of Vietnamese immigrants and families cluttered together. Police patrol frequently but make no arrests towards Cannabis users.
