I love this building, I worked at the NTB across from it, used to just look at it's potential beauty... I walked by that place in the dark and in the daytime, it looked creepy at first, but just because you were afraid some1 would snatch you in there just walking... Firefighters trained up there atop the parking garage, this was in 2011 ish 12 ish, it's now getting a facelift and im proud to see the final result...
